"Rabbi, I don't believe in God," I've often heard.

I respond: "Tell me about this God you don't believe in."

In every case, after hearing their description, I've honestly said, "I don't believe in that God either." 

The Holy One, Havayah, Rock, El Shaddai, Shepherd, Merciful One, Source, Ein Sof-Without End, Sacred Well… These are some of the names for God in Judaism outside of the more familiar Adonai, Elohim and Hashem.
